C.S. Lewis once said, "Friendship is born at the moment when one person says to another, 'What, you too? I thought I was the only one!'"

That's a great picture, Jessica. Congratulations and blessings to you. When did this take place?
I wish like anything that I had a picture of the laying on of hands at my ordination. I am 5 feet tall and did not have to kneel in order to be nearly crushed by fifteen or twenty clergy, most of whom were at least eleven feet tall...
I found you via Peripatetic Polar Bear, dipped into your archives and look forward to reading more.
Wow! That's a much better view than I had in the cheap seats with my kiddos! :) It's neat, because I saw this picture being snapped and thought- "Hey- I bet that one will turn out great!"
Congratulations again! I'm so proud of you, dear friend.
Love, Amy
Woohoo for Constipations... i mean Consecrations!!!
That's a good picture. I love it when people get pictures of the whole laying on of hands. I think they are meaningful moments and they usually all turn out good.
I've decided now that I'm going to plant cameras throughout the sanctuary when I get ordained, hopefully it will provide some good pictures for keepsakes and to share the event with people who were unable to be there.
But very good picture! And congratulations, albeit a little late.
