gone missing

A couple days ago I woke up with that weird, achy sensation of something being missing... it didn't take long to figure out what it was. It's dread. The dread is gone. Anymore, I don't wake up with the lead weight of the coming day pressing the air out of my lungs; I don't look immediately for the paper chain on my wall so I can rip off one more link standing between me and freedom; my stomach doesn't turn angrily on the way to work.

The scales are falling off, one by one, and I'm straightening up, stretching my arms out in the air, and starting to walk... and run! See Jess walk. See Jess run. See Jess be happy. :-)

Hi Jess,
I was just catching up on your new life; I know you have a new e-mail address, as well. Would you mind sending it to me again? I'd like to write to you. :) Amy

Did you make it to the suite-scrapbook-extravaganza?

Hi Amy!

I still have the same old email addresses I've always had, with the yahoo one being preferred over the hotmail one.

And yeah... Nat and I drove up to Jody's and K-10 was there and we had Much Scrapbooking Fun. We're planning the next installment! I hope you can make it. :-)
