Every month for the past few, I've faced a different challenge. August's challenge (which now seems like it occurred within another lifetime, or even another person's lifetime) was training in the new folks whilst also keeping the organization running and packing up my life and its regrets and moving Home. In September, I was adjusting to Home and trying to let it be what it was rather than forcing it into the mold of What I Expected It To Be, which turned out to be both startlingly insightful and way off the mark - as those culture shock things tend to go. October brought a new job and the challenge of learning an entirely different way to deal with people and of keeping structure in my life where the job offers no help.
As a buttress to the structure question and also as an entirely new challenge, I've decided to hop on the writing bandwagon in November. Not NaNoWriMo - I've long since come to terms with the fact that I haven't an ounce of fiction in me - but NaBloPoMo, which seems right up my alley. The rules are simple: post an entry to your blog every calendar day in November.
That, my friends, is November's challenge. I'm more than happy to share it with you (since it wasn't my idea in the first place). Caspian is already on board (he's the one who convinced me). Anyone else?

I'm in! I will post about it on my blog tomorrow (tonight's post is reserved for Halloween).
November promises to be an entertaining month for those of us who enjoy reading other people's blogs.
