Wee! I live somewhere!

I'm all moved in!

My mom and random dads drove me down here with all of my stuff which I had accumulated over the years, and they stayed until it was all unpacked and organized.

It looks pretty good.

My roommates are kind enough to let me use our dining room area as my office, so I had two full rooms to move into. I filled them up with books, basically, and I very much like how they turned out. I am just starting to realize how much the aesthetics of my surroundings affect my whole outlook on life, and this is a wonderful start. Since I have to start acting like a grown-up, I might as well live like one. Well, a grown-up with roommates. :-)

I have only been alone in this house once since I moved in, and even then the cat came over and curled up next to me on the couch. I am loving it. I love it that there are people coming in and out and waving goodbye and being glad to come home. I love it that there is constant, interesting conversation available. I've missed compromise.

Oh and hey, I have to go now - we're going to the concert of one of my roomates!
