After an outcry of interest in the Myers Briggs personality indicator (um.. OK, a small but valued outcry), I thought I should provide a couple of links for you intellectually curious sort. Here is a place where you can take the test for free. (In the list of tests, choose “MB-Jung + Enneagram”. You might be interested in some of the other tests too.) I like this place because there are not just yes/no answers; you get to choose the degree to which the question applies to you. Plus, it’s free. :-) After you are done with the test, it gives you some evaluative info, then, if you’d like to read more, you can scroll all the way down to the bottom and click where is says “for more info on your Myers-Briggs type click here”—it just Googles your type for you. I would recommend that you take the test first, and then check out this website to help you interpret your results.
I think my first introduction to this personality inventory was in a college class called "Intro to the Parish", and then I took it approximately 1,536 more times in the following five years. (At seminary and when you work as hospital chaplain, people are VERY interested in your personality type.)
