sinusal musings

I'm really entertaining the notion right now of just ripping out my sinus cavities once and for all. Except that... can you rip out something that just exists to be a hole? I guess in order to do serious damage, I'd actually have to fill them in rather than trying to excavate them, and that might hinder the whole regular breathing process that I am wont to do occasionally. So... hmm... better leave the sinuses alone.

I wonder if they'd agree to a cease-fire?
