20 years ago, I was:
- Studying Minnesota history in 5th grade social studies
- Watching the "What's happening to my body?" filmstrip
- Crushing madly on Denny Merry (whatever happened to him?)
15 years ago, I was:
- Just starting to make high-school friends, despite having been in my new school almost a year and a half
- Spending countless hours in "the Pub", which was what we called our yearbook/newspaper corner (get it? pub?)
10 years ago, I was:
- a Suitee
- Changing my major from biology/pre-med to religion
- Dealing with the aftermath of a failed relationship of my own and a weird love triangle involving two of my roommates.
5 years ago, I was:
- Finalizing plans for studying abroad. Planning to stay for ONE YEAR.
- Loving seminary life and my roomies
- Learning to preach
1 year ago, I was:
- Coping badly with new, huge work responsibilities
- Lonely as hell
- Going downhill fast
Yesterday, I was:
- Meeting with a lovely older lady and loving my job
- Mostly pretty bored, after that

Yeah, I'd go with that. It was a decent floor show for the rest of us, at least.
Can I make "in the closet" jokes yet, or is 10 years later still too soon?
