Our fax machine sent us a message this morning. At the top of its weekly fax record, it added in large, bold letters: **THIS UNIT IS NEARING THE END OF ITS LIFE** A pretty handy little message, that. Guess it's time to buy a new fax machine.
In other news, someone apparently sold my e-mail address to the "I want to see Angelina Jolie nude" listserve. But the thing is... I don't.
Unrelated Tidbit Numero Tres: Nearly every morning at work, I write "To Do" list for myself. It's usually one or two full pages long. I assign myself due dates for everything, and then proceed to... well... not get it all done. But today!! Today is a five-star day. Because today I tackled this thing head-on and finished ALL of the Thursday stuff and even branched out into Friday territory (which means that I am most likely inviting tomorrow to hand me multiple emergencies; but I don't care. I finished my To Do list! In only... um... 10 hours.)
I'm tired. Time to go home, which, maddeningly, is yet again an Internet-Free Zone.
