Roommate Quest 2010 has begun!

Now this is a big city, and I kind of imagine ideal roommates to be like needles in a giant urban haystack. Doesn't it seem like it should be difficult to find domestic bliss?

I posted an ad on Craigslist at 6:04 pm today. At 7:17, I got an email from someone who seems awesome. She just moved here last week from Honolulu, where she was a legal secretary. She's clean, responsible, has great credit, doesn't smoke, loves hosting dinner parties, and always pays her bills on time. She owns exactly two suitcases worth of stuff, and a box of books. Plus, she has a very mellow kitty and I've been mooning over furry creatures lately.

I won't know for sure until I meet her, but she seems pretty ideal on paper (well, screen). How weird would it be if my Crazy Urban Roommate Quest lasted exactly one hour and 13 minutes?
