In the midst of a whole lot of gut-wrenching conflict in my living situation (gut-wrenching, but still tolerable, because we're collectively very careful to listen to the opinions of each person and maintain a respectful atmosphere of disagreement), here's some exciting news to share:
I can see!
I have 20/20 vision now. Yesterday I was still legally blind. It kinda feels like a miracle.

Yay! Congratulations! BTW, sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbye on Friday ... I had a chance to split and I took it. But glad to hear the LASIK went well!
Congrats! The word verfication is "fanzuc" which sounds like a new exclamation of joy, so... FANZUC! I'm so excited about your new vision!
