Hello there, Rock Bottom.
It's been awhile, hasn't it? But I'd never forget that face.

C.S. Lewis once said, "Friendship is born at the moment when one person says to another, 'What, you too? I thought I was the only one!'"
Hello there, Rock Bottom.
It's been awhile, hasn't it? But I'd never forget that face.

Dear Rock Bottom,
I know you want Jess all to yourself, but in fewer than eight hours I will be joining the two of you. So make room.
Sincerely,
Penelope
Dang.
Prayers are what I've got to offer. And thoughts.
Amy
Jess,
I'm sure you've got bazillions of friends all over the earth wishing you good thoughts and love and all the best, but you can always use one more persont to watch your back, right?
Count me in.
Heather
A while back you posted about having free hours that you needed to fill...maybe rock climbing could be a new hobby/exercise venue. There might be a place in your town that would have a climbing wall. It seems like it could be a meaningful symbolic experience about conquering "rock bottom."
And if not, at least this comment might cause one smile. And every smile counts when at rock bottom!
Good vibes, thoughts, and karma coming your way. (can you send karma?) You conquered Rock Bottom the first time, and now you've got even more friends behind you to help. You're not alone!!
I agree with Jodi about the rock climbing, but I'd also recommend an art class. Silk painting, perhaps?
Love, Penelopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Here's hoping that you'll find at least a little beam of light to rest in, down there at the bottom.
And maybe even a ladder, or a rope hanging from the top, so that you can climb on out of there.
Hallo Jess, mein Schatz. Tut mir leid, dass es dir nicht gut geht. Ich weiß ja, wie eklig Depressionen sind. Aber ich verspreche dir: es geht vorbei. Ich hab es ja auch geschafft. Vreni
jesschan - hugs, lady. lots and lots of hugs.
Hi, Jess.
I'm sorry that you're feeling so crummy. I also have to say I'm totally frustrated with google accounts and probably can't get in to read this very often because they are convinced that I do not exist but that my cat's account does. So there you go. Littlemankitty has his own blog, but has no opinions on your life. I am unacceptable to google eyes but hope very much that you begin to feel better soon. PPB
